Apple may try to persuade you that your Mac is too old to run Mac OS X Leopard, but with LeopardAssist, you can still install the latest operating system on computers that don't meet the minimum requirements. This program essentially tricks the Leopard installer into thinking that your computer meets the minimum processor speed of 867 Mhz. The Mac models that can benefit from this include the Power Macintosh G4 (AGP Graphics), Power Macintosh G4 (Gigabit Ethernet), Power Macintosh G4 (Digital Audio), Power Macintosh G4 Cube, iMac G4 (Flat Panel), eMac (Rev. A 700/800 Mhz, nVidia GFX), PowerBook G4, and iBook G4 (800 Mhz). So, even if your Mac is older, you can still enjoy the features of Mac OS X Leopard with the help of LeopardAssist.
